Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the case of a Natural Disaster, State of Emergency and or Pandemic, processing and shipping maybe delayed. If there was to be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States for an extra fee.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Seazoned Sole is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Seazoned Sole is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
If your item is damaged or defective, the customer must contact us immediately via email within 10 days of receiving your order.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
The merchandise must be returned within 10 days from the order date. Merchandise must be in 100% new condition (washed, worn, or altered items won’t be accepted).
Exchanges
Shipping cost will not be refunded on exchanges.
If exchanging an item, please include a detailed note with the item as well as an email describing your intentions.
